You have performed the required vRanger Integration tasks as per https://support.quest.com/SolutionDetail.aspx?id=SOL91382
From the Recovery Manage for Exchange console you try to add a vRanger backup of an Exchange 2013 database by selecting the 'Access Exchange backups with third-party software option. You then select Quest vRanger, select the backup and the process fails with the following error:
"Unable to register storage: <DBName>. Detail: JET_errPrimaryIndexCorrupted, Primary index is corrupt. The database must be defragmented or the table deleted"
You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
