How to Change/Update VMware Agent and Hyper-V Agent user account/password
To Change/update userid/ password used by VMware Agent or Hyper-V Agent:
Navigate to Administration tab under Homes | VMware Environment or Hyper-V Environment Dashboard
Select the appropriate agent Agent
Click on the icon under Edit Properties column
Click on the icon under Click to Edit Credential Password column next to Credential that need to be update
Click on the icon under Click to Release Lockbox to Client for the Lockbox that holds the credential that were updated in previous step
Wait for Lockbox released to Client confirmation box
Click on Save button
Back in the Administration tab select the same agent and and click on Deactivate button
Verify that agent is fully deactivated (the boxed under Active and Data Collection columns are empty)
Select the same agent and click on Activate button
