Can MessageStats Report Pack for BlackBerry work without adding the account to the Local Administrators group on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server?

This is not currently feasible. Enhancement Request TF00243998 has been created to consider adding this functionality in a future release of the MessageStats Report Pack for BlackBerry
