Directory connector - Domino OU information is not being displayed. -
Description
When creating a Directory Connector for synchronisation, as you progress through the Wizard, the Domino OU selection screen appears blank or does not list all the O's.

Cause
This is caused by a missing or corrupt OU Certificate document for the missing OU. This could be for a certificate at any level. [O or OU]
Some organisations have multiple O certificates and if one or some of these do not appear the issue is the same.
This may also occur if using Directory Assistance [DA] and the certificates for the O/OU's are missing from the Secondary NABs.

Resolution
RESOLUTION
To resolve the issue, each O or OU needs to have a valid certificate document in Domino. If one already exists, then it might be corrupt and running Fixup and Updall should resolve the issue.
If a certificate does not exist, then one needs to be created, either manually or using the Domino Administration process.
Check the Domino NAB to see if DA is being used and then check if it is configured correctly.
