When launching an application either through the Web-IT Interface and/ or the AppPortalusers may bepresented with an error message Access Denied.
Other applications run without issue.
Leading and/or trailing spaces in Application Name or in Display Name
To resolve the issue outlined in this article follow the steps below:
1. Open the vWorkspace Management Console
2. Expand Resources |Managed Applications
3. Right-click theaffected application and select Properties
4. Verifythat theApplication Name and Display Name donot contain leading and/or trailing space characters. If so, remove these spaces.
Issue is resolved in vWorkspace 7.0 release.
