The MNE tool can only migrate data from Domino to Exchange it cannot migrate from one Exchange mail box to another.
You can migrate the mail to the correct mailbox without risk of duplicates or loss of mail due to the first migration.
Note - This has not dealt with the data that was placed in the incorrect mailbox that would have to be dealt with in a separate manner.
