Error:'Column 'ID' is constrained to be unique. Value 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx_SERVERNAME' is already (4253434)

When attempting to add a store within the Recovery Manager Add Storage Wizard using the IBM Tivoli Manager option the following error may be obtained:

Column 'ID' is constrained to be unique. Value 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx_SERVERNAME' is already present'

This works if the same thing is attempted for another Exchange server. This error apparently was fixed in version 4.6.0 (TF00035178) however it still seems to be the case in RME 4.7.1.

The cause of this issue is date/time for the backups which must not be the same for any two tivoli backups added to RME.

STATUS

Waiting for fix in a future release of Recovery Manager for Exchange.

WORKAROUND

Ensure there are no two backups created at exactly same time. Even one second difference will work
