Unable to log into remote computer with the following error returned: 0x52e Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
The password for the RSC admin account has been changed in Active Directory but has not been updated within Remote Support Center.
Log into the Remote Support Center console and click the Settings menu | Application Configuration.
At the bottom of the page in the ‘Administrator Account Settings’ click the Modify button on the right then re-enter the new password for the account and click Save.
Remote control should now work as expected.
