How to restore agent if the Foglight database got lost? -
Description
The Foglight Management Server (FMS) and database needs to be recreated. Afterwards the remote Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) register themselves again and are being displayed in the Agent Hosts dashboard. But the agents, which are still running on the FglAM are not coming up again although the correct cartridges have been installed.

Resolution
If the FMS database get lost and cannot be restored, the agent are not coming back. The database holds all the agent properties, like credentials, paths, ... and also the information which FglAM holds which agent. If that information got lost, the agent needs to be recreated. There is no way to restore the agent.
