Rule "Remote Agent Managers State per Host" does not fire an alarm -
Description
When a hosts crashed or the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) is stopped, the rule "Remote Agent Managers State per Host" is not firing alarms. Only recently installed FglAMs produce the alarm, older FglAMs do not.

Cause
The blackout schedule "Always" has been assigned to the FglAM. This schedule prevent the rule to fire an alarm.

Resolution
To remove a blackout from an object do the following:
- Open the dashboard "Administration | Setup & Support | Blackouts"
- Click on "Manage Blackouts"
- Find the problematic blackout and remove it
