Asset Manager does not synchronize with Active Directory after moving server to new domain
Asset Manager does not synchronize Active Directory after moving server to new domain. The message “manual AD synchronization of AD has been requested” after pressing Structures | View Structures | AD | Structure Properties and Synchronize with AD. The computers in the new domain do not appear after synchronizing several times.
The account entered under the Active Directory tab in the Asset Manager Configuration tool references the original Active Directory domain. The account entered in the Active Directory tab of the Asset Manager Configuration tool does not have access to the new domain.
Open the Configuration Tool and update the account entered in the Active Directory tab of the Asset Manager Configuration tool to one that has permission to query the new domain. Press, Apply and then OK. Reboot the Asset Manager server if possible.
