Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot issues with the subscription based QorePortal license.
Is the QorePortal Integration enabled
Please go to "Administration | Support Notifications" and make sure that the QorePortal Integration is enabled. If not, please enable it.
Firewall
Double check if there is no firewall rule which is blocking the communication to msp-api.licenseportal.com via the mentioned port 8093.
Ping command
Login the FMS server and run the command:
ping msp-api.licenseportal.com
You will not get a full reply as the cloud hosting does not allow icmp, but you should get the IP of the msp-api.licenseportal.com. Please cancel the ping command with CRTL + C command. Example output of ping:
FMS:~> ping msp-api.licenseportal.com
ping bbcluster9-2.eastus.cloudapp.azure.com [52.149.137.59] mit 56(84) bytes of data:

Reset network
To reset the network on Linux (vApp) run this command:
sudo /etc/init.d/network restart
Restart Foglight
To restart Foglight use the following commands.
Stop:
$FMS_HOME/bin/fms -q
Start:
$FMS_HOME/bin/fms -d
