Can I reset the Chargeback settings to default? (4250721)

I want to reset the settings for the Chargeback module to default settings, as I setup "Tiered Flat Rate" settings which cannot be deleted

Tiered Flat Rate entries cannot be deleted

The Chargeback module can be reset to default by disabling the cartridge and then re-enabling it:

Dashboard:  Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory
Select the Chargeback module (click on the line to highlight it)
Press the button at the bottom labeled "Disable Selected"
Navigate to another page within Foglight to refresh the screen
Go back to the Cartridge Inventory dashboard (Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory)
Select the Chargeback module (click on the line to highlight it)
Press the button at the bottom labeled "Enable Selected"

The chargeback settings should be returned to their default and unconfigured state.
