Can a partitioned table be re-organized into a non partitioned table? -
Resolution
Space Manager with LiveReorg 6.0 and higher versions has new functionality called Partitioned Wizard. It has a feature to unpartition a table that is supported; object can be reorg with t-lock switch, and contains a column that can be used in keys.
You can select 'Unpartitioned table' in Partitioning Method. Make sure that you enter 0 in the number of partitions filed. If you enter 1, the table will be a partitioned table with one partition.
