How to verify if DBA module/option is available in Toad?

Resolution
1. Select Help|About from the Toad menu bar
2. In the about screen, at the top, look where it says Options.
3. If the license key has the DBA module it will say DBA under Options.For Version 9.5:
1. Select Help | Support Bundle menu option
2. Locate "Toad for Oracle Options:" line, which is the sixth line of this window
3. Verify if "DBA" is listed as one of the options
