Generate InfoPath From Template.. Produces Error
Description

When using 'Generate InfoPath Form Template...' it produces an error even though one can access file via Notes and MNSP (Migrator for Notes to SharePoint)
Cause

The connection build string is based on text of "Connection String" if 'Generate InfoPath Form template' is used in the MNSP Designer. The connection string does not contain the password.
Resolution

Workaround
Using the MNSP Console – Right Click the database in Console and click the option of "Generate InfoPath Form Template..."
Additional Information

Another possible way would be;
Add the password string to the connection string, such as "server='local'; database='database.nsf'; password='password'; zone=utc; "
The password will be in plain text.
