Manual switch or un-switch operation fails with an error such as the example below in the EMWMigration.log (located by default in \Program Files\Quest Software\Migration Manager\Exchange Data).

This can be caused by the logged-on user not having sufficient rights within the ADAM instance to update the switch status.
The FullAdmin role should be delegated to the user. This can be done by selecting the Active Directory Synchronization tab in the Migration Manager console, then right-click "Migration Project (Project_Name)" & select the "Delegate..." option. Browse to the account, select "Add Account" button, select the FullAdmin role & click OK.
