Execution parameters are copied from the 'Where Value' column to the 'Value' column when using -
Description
When entering values in the 'WHERE Value' column in the 'Set Parameters' screen and then clicking the 'Execute PL/SQL with Debugger' button, the values from the 'WHERE Value' column are copied over to the 'Value' column.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the PL/SQL code into the editor
2. Click the Set Parameters button (...)
3. Set any value in the 'WHERE Value' column
4. Click Ok
5. Click the 'Execute PL/SQL with Debugger' buttonActual Results: The 'WHERE Value' column value has been copied to the 'Value' column
