When attempting to restore email to a pst file the following error is displayed
"The file <path to documents and Settings\user\temp\1\...pst. could not be created or opened.
Details: Undefined MAPI error. Detailed description is not available"
Either Outlook is not installed on the same box as Recovery Manager for Exchange or there is something corrupted with the installation of Outlook.
Either install Outlook (preferably 2010 or higher) on the box running Recovery Manager for Exchange
or
Uninstall and reinstall Outlook on the machine running Recovery Manager for Exchange.
or
If this is the first time you are running the software, open outlook at least once after the Recovery Manager for Exchange install.
