Description: SSIS Warning Code DTS_W_MAXIMUMERRORCOUNTREACHED. The Execution method succeeded, but the number of errors raised (1) reached the maximum allowed (1); resulting in failure. This occurs when the number of errors reaches the number specified in MaximumErrorCount. Change the MaximumErrorCount or fix the errors. End Warning

Resolution
WORKAROUND1:
Update existing maintenance plans LiteSpeed version 6.0 by making any changes to the maintenance plans & save them.WORKAROUND2:
Utilize the attached maintenance plan conversion utility. Please follow these instructions to install and use.- Copy the archive to any machine where SSIS components 2005 (or 2008; depending on the SQL Server you connect to) is installed
- Extract the archive files
- Run Quest.MaintenancePlan.Upgrade.exe
- Connect to SQL Server where maintenance plans reside on => when connection succeeded, you will see a list of maintenance plans; all selected to upgrade
- Press Upgrade
- Progress column shows the result.
- When upgrade completed, press Exit.
At that moment a log file (updated-YYYYMMDD[xxxxxx].log) will appear in the local folder near Quest.MaintenancePlan.Upgrade.exe. If there are any problems, forward the log file to Support.STATUS:
Fixed in Version 6.1 of LiteSpeed.
