Agent Error - Revision Level Is Unknown
When attempting to install the Active Administrator on a domain controller, an error is returned:
"The revision level is unknown"

Cause
An Active Administrator agent has been previously installed on the domain controller. The existing agent is locked by the operating system.

Resolution
For Active Administrator 7.x or 8.x:
- Open the Active Administrator console.
- Expand Auditing & Alerting.
- Select "Agents".
- Remove and then reinstall the agent.
- If error persists, rename the slagent folder on the Domain Controller under c:\windows. Then reinstall the agent.
For Active Administrator 6.5, open the Active Administrator Server Manager console and select “Agent” menu “Remove Orphaned Agents” option.
Then reinstall the Active Administrator agent on the desired domain controller from the “Collection Agents” tab (or "Agent Management" tab of the AA Server Management console.
