Rule "DBSS Connection Time" is firing a lot of alarms which are not correct.

The “connection time” measures the connection time in milliseconds between the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) machine to the monitored host. This is the metric #connection# that get stored in Foglight.
The rule now takes the average of the connection time for the last five minutes and compares it with the registry variables "DBSS-OperationalConnectionTime_Medium" and "DBSS-OperationalConnectionTime_Low". The default values of the registry variables are:
