When running a published Office 2010 application either directly or through the published desktop, you may notice the link "Include Office.com content" is missing.
This can be caused by Group Policy settings
The issue has nothing to do with vWorkspace settings because vWorkspace can't control specific applications options and behavior. Issues can be triggered if user is added into the Active Directory security group with an applied GPO, which controls Office apps behavior.
There are 2 possible issues that may prevent Office apps from showing the "Include Office.com content" link:
1) User Configuration | Windows Settings | Internet Explorer. Under that setting go to Advanced page, then Internet Settings, and then Advanced Settings and under the Connection heading, "Enable Autodialing" should be disabled
2) User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Microsoft Office 2010 | Tools | Options | General | Service Options…\Online Content. Set is to "Search online content whenever available". Please consult MS article for more information: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179123.aspx
