Getting a huge amount of "Garbage Collection Time is High" alarms (warning alarms) for instance "G1 Young Generation".
The Foglight server is having enough memory assigned, why are these alarms coming up.

Cause
Rule threshold too low for this server -
Resolution
The warning alarm threshold is set to 10%. Depends on the size of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) the 10% of the total garbage collection time could be reached fast.
Please export the garbage collection alarms for the last 24 hours and find the average of the garbage collection time for the warning alarm. According to the average, increase the threshold of the rule.
For example if the garbage collection mostly needs around 12% - 13%, increase the threshold to 15%.
The critical alarm will be triggered if the garbage collection takes 30% of the total time, while a fatal alarm will be raised when 90% is reached.
