Error when using Data pump import/export: "List index out of bounds (-1)" (4246136)

Error when using Data Pump import or export, after going through the wizard: "List index out of bounds (-1)".

Not choosing a directory when going through the wizard.

When going through the wizard choose a directory. If the drop down for directories is blank, then a directory needs to be created through the schema browser. In the schema browser, you will find a directories tab. Create a directory through the tab and then try running the data pump again specifying that directory.
