APM - 'Related Infrastructure' tab hangs
Description

From the Transactions dashboard – click on an URL from the list of tiles which presents the following window with three tabs. Using a 4hour Window and 3day Window Reponse Time Breakdown – Right now it takes an AVG of 3 secs / 10 secs to resolve the page Application Infrastructure & Related Infrastructure – Never resolves and it hangs the other tabs after clicking on this tab.

WORKAROUND

Here are instructions for removing the tab:

1. Ensure you have cart-dev role
2. Backup is recommended, but not necessary
3. Configurations -> Definitions
4. APM/Application Root/Custom Applications/Transactions
5. Select Associations from the drop down
6. Select Related Infrastructure Tab
7. Edit: expand and change the tags to:
* __eu-soc-details
* __applicationRootDetailsTab
(with 2 underscores at the beginning)
8. Save

RESOLUTION

Will be fixed in next release. 5.9.5
