SpUtils - Unable to start/stop Shareplex services -
Description
In a Windows environmet, a non-administrator operational system user can't check or start/stop Shareplex Services on SpUtils. SpClient works fine with the same user.
SpUtils shows the output "Service Error" for Shareplex services status, but SP_COP is running.

Cause
It's a SpUtils issue related with security permission on Windows 2008. -
Resolution
Workaround:
1 - Include the non-Administrator user on the Administrators group.
2 - With the non-Administrator user, run SpUtils with the right-click option "Run as Administrator"
