Description
When a watch is added in the middle of debugging, the watch shows "undeclared identifier" as the variables value.

Resolution
WORKAROUND #1:
If you can, add the watch prior to debugging.
WORKAROUND #2:
If the watch needs to be added during the debug session, then add the watch using the icon from the main Editor toolbar, instead of from the watch tab.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle. -
