Description
When trying to install Code Tester for Oracle, it fails while it is trying to uninstall an older version:
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

Resolution
If you still have the old version's MSI file, browse through it and continue with the installation. If the MSI is no longer available, please open a support case with Quest Support.
