Toad shortcut is not being created for other local user account -
Description
After installing Toad as an Admin user, a Toad icon was created on the desktop. However, the icon is not being created for other local user account that logs into the PC.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Copy the shortcut icon from the Admin user desktop to the All user desktop folder.
STATUS:
Issue has been address in Toad 9.7. -
