Purge or Archive job failing with the SQL error: "Primary file group is full" -
Description
The purge or archive job may fail constantly with the following error displayed in the Windows Event Viewer Application log on the SQL server:
"Primary File Group is full"

Cause
The configured size limit for the SQL database Primary File group has been reached -
Resolution
Complete the following steps to change the Filegroup size:
- Open SQL Management Studio and connect to the SQL server where the Change Auditor database is hosted
- Right Click on the Change Auditor database
- Select "Properties" from the context menu
- Click "Files" in the pane on the left
- Adjust the size of the PRIMARY Filegroup in the pane on the right. Set the Autogrowth/Maxsize to 20 percent/Unlimited
