Description
Upgrading Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) fails with the following error:
One or more of the upgrade packages failed. java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/foglight/upgrade.lock (Permission denied)
Upgarding the Foglight Manager Server (FMS) fails with the error (installer.log file):
Install File: /opt/dell/Foglight/server/core/spring-context-support.jarStatus: ERRORAdditional Notes: ERROR - ZeroGpl: /opt/dell/Foglight/server/core/spring-context-support.jar (Permission denied) -
Cause
The Foglight installation root directory was owned by another user then the user used for the upgrade.
For example 'root' owned the directory but the upgrade was done by a definded Foglight OS user.

Resolution
Change the owner of the Foglight installation folder to the actual Foglight user and re-run the upgrade.
