Prompted to create explain table when using Optimizer Current SQL feature (4241921)

In the explain plan options, I set the explain plan table to be for an already existing plan table that exists in another schema.  When I run an explain plan in the Editor, it works fine.  However, if I use the Optimizer Current SQL feature, it prompts me to create a new explain plan table in that schema.  I do not want to create a new explain plan table in the schema.  I want to use the one that was specified in the options.

WORKAROUND:
If you are licensed for it, use the SQL Optimizer application instead to optimize the statement.
