After Moving MessageStats to a new server Report Pack Gathering Tasks are not working properly (4241377)

After Moving MessageStats to a new server Report Pack Gathering Tasks are not working properly, and may seem to be gathering core Exchange information rather than report pack information.

This can be caused if the original task files have been migrated to the new server prior to installing the required report packs on the new server.

This can be resolve by reimporting the Tasks from the original MessageStats Server.

1. After Ensuring all required Report Packs are installed on the new MessageStats Server
2. Close the MessageStats console
3. Navigate to the MessageStats installation folder (ie. C:\program files (x86)\Quest Software\Messagestats)
4. Rename the "Tasks" to "Tasks.old" or similar name.
5. Copy the "Tasks" folder from the original server to the new Server.
6. Execute "MigrateTasks.exe from the MessageStats installation folder
7. Lauch the MessageStats Console, Right Click each task and select "Properties" to ensure that the Task is using the correct Gathering Template.

If the original Server is no longer online or a backup of the original task files can not be accessed the failing Report Pack Gathering Tasks will need to be deleted an Manually recreated via the MessageStats console.
