While trying to export a model to Excel, the following error message is returned.
"ExportExcelManager" from package "Toad Data Modeler" -
Cause
The exported file is locked by some other process. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND #1:
Check the Task Manager and see if there are no hanging EXCEL.EXE processes. If there are, end them.
WORKAROUND #2:
Reboot machine.WORKAROUND #3:
Check if your environment security does not block the process of file creation (contact your System Admins).
