When entering the existing (numeric only) license key in SQL Navigator v7.3, it is not accepted and the following message is shown:

Problem:
Unable to validate license key. Reason: The value entered into the License Key field may have been entered incorrectly. Please check the value for the License Key.
Solution:
Please make sure you have entered a valid authorization code.

Create a licensing service request on the Licensing Assistance page on the Quest Software support portal. Ask to retrieve your license number, and have your license key upgraded to the new format.
Note: The "license number" is different from the license key (or authorization key) you register in Toad. The "license number" is a serial number that is linked to your account, and is usually 9 characters long, alpha numeric (i.e. X75-8AF-354).
