When upgrading Stat, do all CSRs have to be closed first, or can they remain open during the upgrade process?
Resolution
Solution:
1. The newer Stat versions will accept all the CSRs whatever the status they are in, so the current statuses of the CSRs should be fine to proceed with the upgrade. You don't need to close them or unlock the objects.
