Error launching Space Manager GUI client:
Initialization error
Could not locate OCI dll.
Cause

Oracle client was not installed or a wrong version was installed.
Resolution

Install an Oracle client on the PC running Space Manager GUI. Refer to the Release Notes for the supported Oracle client versions.
