WARNING: [1214-31-59-00000000] Unable to migrate delegate 'CN=JOHN SMITH/O=DOMAIN'
Either no Active Directory or could not find the delegate in Active Directory.

Cause
This Warning may be seen in the log file if the specified user does not exist in Active Directory at the time of the Mailbox Migration. Delegates on the mailbox are dependent on whether or not the users exist and cannot place delegates unless the user exists.

Resolution
This will not cause a failure in the mailbox migration but the specified Object will not be granted Delegate access correctly. Re-migrating the mailbox once the Object has been created should resolve the issue, otherwise it may be safely ignored.
