Toad for Oracle bundle installer does not uninstall fully

With the uninstallation of the Toad for Oracle v12.x, in the Add/Remove programs list, once all the Quest applications are uninstalled, there still remains an entry for the actual trial installer.
 
When you try to uninstall this, it shows an empty Quest Installer screen with an Uninstall button.
If you press Uninstall, nothing happens and it isn't possible to remove the installer from the list of programs to uninstall in Windows.

The Uninstaller will be utilized to remove products which were installed via the bundle installer.
The Bundle Installer itself should be removed when it detects there are no products that belong to itself left in the system.

This unfortunately hasn't happened in this scenario.

If this issue happens, the way to remove the entry from the Control Panel is to do the following steps.

1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache
2. Find just the folder which contains the .exe file for the actual installation program, 'Toad_for_Oracle_2017_x64_Trial_Full.exe'  
(for example {c3a2573e-2493-4a11-8240-7429eb131246}, and contains 'Toad_for_Oracle_2017_x64_Trial_Full.exe' and 'state.rsm')
3. Delete just this folder from C:\ProgramData\Package Cache  (to the recycle bin is fine)
4. Specifically go to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs list, and then attempt the uninstall from within the Control Panel.

STATUS:
Enhancement request SI-716 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of the bundle installer.
