INTERNAL - How to manually remove the On Demand Audit Integration from the Coordinator
Description
If you remove the Change Auditor Organization from On Demand Audit and On Demand Audit is not able to communicate with the Coordinator (service or server down, issues with communication, etc), then the integration will not be removed from the Coordinator and the On Demand Audit Configuration will still be shown under Administration Tasks | Configuration | On Demand Audit.
