Menu items disappeared or became hidden after playing around with the Customer menu screen. Cannot get the File Menu back.
RESOLUTION 1:
Right-click the Toolbar | Customize | Options tab | and choose "Reset all customizations".
RESOLUTION 2:
Perform a reset on the Toad Data Point user settings by going to the Tools menu | Options | click on the blue "Restore Defaults" link on the upper right corner of the Options screen.
