The Peer-to-Peer Video Call Usage numbers seem to be lower than expected
Description

When viewing the Peer-to-Peer Video Call Usage the numbers are smaller than expected.
Cause

MessageStats does not count the Live Meetings and Conferences together under one report. As a result the Video Call Usage may appear lower.
Resolution

Upgrade to MessageStats 7.2 or later. There is a new report in MessageStats 7.2 or later called Conference Details by Organizer. This report provides details about each conference and allows you to easily identify the conference type.
