Trying to upgrade may result in the following error
"The backup registration database (Backups.mdb) cannot be updated", possibly because some RMAD (Recovery Manager for Active Directory) components are working with the database"
WORKAROUND 1:
Close the session by logging off and then login with the same account, and try the upgrade again
WORKAROUND 2:
Remove all *.ldb files from C:\ProgramData\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory\ and try the upgrade again
WORKAROUND 3:
Reboot the Recovery Manager server
