"Dataset not in edit or insert mode" when executing SQL that returns a cursor.
Description

When trying to run SQL that outputs cursor results, the error "Dataset not in edit or insert mode" is given. This is after setting parameters and output options.
Cause

This only occurs when the "Fetch cursor data" option is enabled and the cursor results set is empty.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
