There was a problem starting Space Manager, Server Execution Failed
Description

Open Citrix session, login as myself, Click Start, choose Quest Software->Quest Central->Space Management->Space Manager with LiveReorg, several beeps occur, 30 seconds later the below error message appears.
Cause

When a Non-Administrator Citrix user launches the product, the error occurs.
Resolution

We need administrator privileges in order for Space Manager to function normally.
