Users have inappropriate access to content after migration to OneDrive -
Description
After migrating from DropBox,Box and GoogleDrive to OneDrive, users have access to content in the target OneDrive that they did not have access to in the source. -
Cause
In Office 365, there is a limit of 50,000 ACLs per list or library. Office 365 Limitations -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
In order to avoid encountering the 50,000 ACL limitation, make sure that "Copy File Level Permissions" IS NOT SELECTED in the Profile Manager when migrating from Google, Box, or DropBox to Office 365.
WORKAROUND 2:
Ensure that "Intelligent Permissions Migration" IS SELECTED when migrating from GoogleDrive, Box,DropBox to OneDrive
