Cannot validate DB2 databases -
Description
When using the DB2 cartridge upgrade wizard or the validate connectivity components, the DB2 agent cannot validate the connection to the instance.Messages like "No valid databases" and "missing permissions to create JDBC driver packages" are being received. -
Resolution
Insufficient permissions were set on the DB2 instance at both the Operating System and DB2 instance levels.
