What does the message, "License key doesn't support SQL Optimizer" in the Toad Advisor mean?

Cause
License key used for Toad for Oracle does not have the SQL Optimizer option.

Resolution
Make sure the license key used for Toad for Oracle has the SQL Optimizer option. Go to Help | Support Bundle for more information. Go to Help | Register Toad to change the license key and site message.
NOTE: If you have a key that has the SQL Optimizer option but are using it in the SQL Optimizer application only, the Toad Advisor will not be able to recognize it. The key must be registered via the Toad for Oracle Application for the message to go away.
