Infrastructure (IC) agent does not report metrics in charts and tables -
Description
An infrastructure (IC) agent is enabled and running but no metrics are displayed for the agent in the hosts, infrastructure, or databases dashboards.
There are errors in the agent log file related to permissions reading processes from /proc/l/io on the Linux server.

Cause
The following checkboxes were disabled in the Agent Status Properties for the IC agent
- Collect CPU metrics
- Collect memory metrics
- Collect network metrics
- Collect disk metrics

Resolution
Edit the properties of the Infrastructure agent and edit the following checkboxes
- Collect CPU metrics
- Collect memory metrics
- Collect network metrics
- Collect disk metrics
